ABOUT US

Meet me at St Siandra.

St Siandra is a Mediterranean-inspired waterfront restaurant in Mosman, where coastal dining meets a distinctly Australian sense of place. Seasonal produce, native ingredients and warm Mediterranean hospitality come together over food designed to be shared, from long lunches to sunset dinners by the water.

HEAD CHEF

At the helm of St Siandra’s new culinary direction, Head Chef Kerem Engin brings together the simplicity and seasonality of Mediterranean cooking with the richness of exceptional Australian produce and native ingredients.

Inspired by the restaurant’s unique connection to the water, Kerem’s approach celebrates bold flavours, thoughtful techniques and a distinct sense of place. His vision is to create a dining experience that feels both familiar and unexpected, leaving guests inspired, delighted and eager to return.

KEREM ENGIN

“I want guests to leave feeling they’ve experienced something truly unique at St Siandra, where the connection to the water, exceptional Australian produce and the Mediterranean spirit of the restaurant come together naturally. More than anything, I want guest inspired by the experience, and already looking forward to returning”

St Siandra No.46 was one of Sydney’s most successful yachts, famous for winning a Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race double in the 1950s and 1960s, along with many other accolades. Skippered by one of Sydney’s finest, Graham Newland, she was also the first Middle Harbour Yacht Club to enter the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race (in 1956, the same year she launched). A damn fine boat.
